AP 100 Loan Program

This Loan Program offers Loan Amounts up to $1.5 Million.

AP 200 Credit Challenged

Credit Challenged Loans up to $350,000 through Alliance.

AP 300 Non-Profit

Alliance works with Non-Profits with Loan Amounts to $400,000.

FlexPerm Loan

Designed for real estate investors seeking lower payments on a long-term, fixed-rate loan with no balloon payment.

ARV Pro

Designed for real estate investors seeking a short-term, interest-only loan to maximize appreciation, stabilize cash-flow and minimize vacancies.

Flex I/O

Designed for investors seeking short-term financing with no prepayment penalties.

Fast50 Loan

The Fast50 Loan is designed for investors with derogatory credit issues and high equity seeking quick and easy credit qualification.

Foreign Investor Loan

The Foreign Investor loan program is specifically designed for foreign investors who are seeking investment properties in the U.S. but have not found a financial solution.

SBA Loans

Alliance offers SBA Loans for Business Owner / Operators up to $15 Million and more on a case-by-case basis throughout the U.S.

USDA B&I Loans

Alliance offers USDA B&I Loans up to $10 Million and more when the property is located in an USDA Eligible Area.

Alliance requires all loan submissions be on Alliance Forms. If you need assistance with any of our forms, please contact us.

To use our forms simply save to your computer and then type directly on the forms themselves. Once completed please upload to our secure online document portal.

Loan Application

Please use this loan application to submit a Small Balance Commercial Real Estate Loan request to Alliance.

Credit Authorization

We will need our Credit Authorization completed, signed and dated by all guarantors / owners on the loan.

Commercial Loan Questionnaire

Please have borrower(s) complete this form addressing any/all “Yes” answers.

Property Operating Statement

The borrower needs to complete the Property Operating Statement in detail.

Initial Needs List

The Initial Needs Lists contains the items that will be needed in order to submit the deal to underwriting.

Loan Package

The Loan Package contains all of the forms that we need completed and includes the Initial Needs List.
